Looking for a way to give back this Thanksgiving. Stop by and have Thanksgiving Day with the Humble Community. It’s FREE for everyone! Those who can donate, your cash donations are welcome! If you are alone this Thanksgiving come to this event and make new friends. If your willing to make a friend there are a lot of older folks who wont be alone if you show up and be a friend. Many of the meals will be delivered to folks all over the Humble area. Distribution volunteers are needed! I have been involved with this event for over a decade and one of the best events of my year. I encourage everyone to stop by and enjoy family, community, friends and giving!

So come and Eat Pie with friends! And have a Happy Happy Happy Thanksgiving!

For those who wish to help with the event, a volunteer orientation will start at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, at the Philip Cezeaux Recreation Building, located 100 N. Houston Ave. in Humble.
