Volume 2: New for November!
Clearcare Solutions
ClearCare? is the leading system for the management of children’s social care settings.
We’ve had some fantastic highlights this October, including sponsoring the 2023 National Children and Young People Awards!??
Our team attended the awards ceremony to celebrate the amazing work being done across the sector. With the sector facing so many challenges, it’s always incredible to see the amazing work being done in spite of them.
We’ve welcomed 17 new customers in October, and we’re currently hiring for the role of Business Development Executive - so it’s been a busy, but exciting, month.
We’ve renewed our ISO20071 and Cyber Essentials certifications for another year!
The vast quantities of personal, sensitive data that is collected and stored within children’s social care requires a vigilant and trusted approach to security - that’s why we’re ISO20071 and Cyber Essentials Certified!
But what does it actually mean?
The ISO20071 framework requires us to take a rigorous, systematic approach to manage and protect our sensitive data.? This means that we follow established policies that adhere to strict legal and compliance obligations.?

As a UK based company, we store all of our data within the UK as it offers enhanced security thanks to our understanding of the local cyber threat landscape. We demonstrate this by being Cyber Essentials Certified, which is an effective, Government backed scheme that helps us to protect our data.?
You can find out more about how we keep your data secure on our blog.
We’ve improved our customer support?
Due to the busy nature of care environments, it’s not always possible for our customers to get to a computer to raise a support ticket when they’re in need of help.?
We’ve listened to that feedback, and we are now offering increased telephone support from our friendly Stafford-based team.? If our customers have any queries or issues, we recommend giving us a call on 01785 848901 to access support quickly.?
See you next month...
We’ll be back with Volume 3 in early December (how has 2023 nearly gone already?!) but make sure to keep an eye on our LinkedIn feed until then.
