As a business owner myself, I've always believed that especially in a fiercely competitive landscape, you always have to find and capitalize on new opportunities to increase your productivity whenever you can. Not only is this how you really separate yourself from other companies who are trying to serve the same people that you are, but it's also in service of the most important goal of all: creating the best possible experience for those customers, no matter what.

But while this is important, you also can't sacrifice your data security to do it. That, in essence, is a large part of the reason why I founded Voltek IT to begin with: because I never wanted to see people in a position where they had to choose between productivity and data protection because in my opinion, they should always have both at the same time.

There are a lot of companies out there who do what we do here at Voltek IT - but nobody does it quite like how we do it. I take a great deal of pride in the fact that we approach our job and our relationship with our clients differently than most other organizations. That isn't just what makes us unique...

We've been fortunate enough to enjoy a great deal of success over the years at Voltek IT, but we haven't for a second forgotten the people who played a big role in us getting here: the customers themselves.

That's why, no matter what, we come into the office every day and make an effort to not only meet our customer's expectations but exceed them every time we have the chance to do so. We're not here to take orders from our clients and we certainly don't expect anyone to just "take our word for it" that what we're recommending is the right step to take.

You have opinions and we want to hear them. You have concerns and we want to talk through them. We want to truly collaborate with both our clients and our fellow employees to create the best possible situation for everyone involved. You simply cannot get to that point unless you're willing to communicate openly and respect one another, which is why we put such a high priority on both.

Integrity, Inclusion, and Innovation

In my personal life, I've always been a big believer in doing the right thing no matter what - even when "the right thing" and "the easy thing" are two completely different concepts. That level of integrity is something that I've absolutely carried through to Voltek IT and it's another factor that is, unfortunately, lacking in the industry today.

Along the same lines, I've always felt it was important to foster a sense of belonging - something that you can only accomplish by welcoming ALL perspectives equally. This is true not only in terms of the clients we choose to work with, but the people who we hire as well.

Last but not least, we believe that one of the major ingredients that helped us get to this point - and the one that is going to drive us towards another decade of success - involves embracing innovation whenever we can. We've never been an organization willing to spin its wheels, so to speak, because we know that isn't what you're looking for.

Because of that, we encourage the curiosity of our employees because we believe that is what fuels innovation. When our employees innovate, our clients win: which is maybe the most important benefit of all.
