Volli helps Secret Service identify student connected to nationwide bomb threats

Volli Communications was recently contacted by the U.S. Secret Service to initiate a traceback procedure to help identify and lead to the arrest of an individual who called in numerous bomb threats to Cabarrus County Schools.

?The calls were identified, and upstream traceback requests were initiated within hours after being informed by the US Secret Service that bomb threats had been called into Cabarrus County Schools, a customer of Volli Communications and Fortinet .?Thanks to procedures adopted by Volli Communications provided by our carrier partners of Verizon and Lumen Technologies , we provided Law Enforcement with the information they needed within hours of being notified of the incidents.?
