Volkswagen - Leadership in Crisis

Volkswagen - Leadership in Crisis

We are all entitled to make mistakes. As a matter of fact making mistakes is one of the ways through which we learn, get better at what we do, and avoid future mistakes. However, we also have the scale or size of the mistake, which, in many ways, could dictate the cost and time needed before making a full recovery and getting things back on track. As I watched the Volkswagen emission scandal unfold, I couldn't help but wonder how could the leadership at Volkswagen allow such a mistake to happen, and how long and how much would it take before they make a full recovery. I am sure you agree that it will be a while. In the following blog, "Volkswagen – Leadership in Crisis", I expand on the situation that VW is going through.
