My name is Elise Giles and I’ve arrived in Naarm (Melbourne) 5 years ago having returned from completing work projects in Vietnam and Indonesia. I am Australian but my heart very much remains in Southeast Asia which is what led me to work for a global wellness company H&H Group.?

How has growing up in Australia shaped you as a person????????????????????????????

I must admit my time in Asia played a pivotal role in shaping me into who I am. Despite being thousands of kilometers from home, being on foreign soil sparked a greater curiosity in me to truly understand Australia and how we show up to the world.??

What motivates you??

I love team sports and a good competition. Whether it’s racing my buddies on my road bike, or standing up a team at work to unite on a common objective. It gives me purpose and reward.?

What does inclusion mean to you?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Inclusion can be transformational for individuals - and for me it is creating a space where everyone can bring their whole selves no matter what the environment.??

How do you Celebrate Life Every Way*???

You can’t be what you can’t see! I’m part of an inclusive running club here in Melbourne and absolutely adore hitting the pavement with the crew and having a yarn.???
