Most of the OEM's, Conglomerates, industries are capturing customer voice by various methods like survey, interviews, questionnaire with help of sales and marketing teams, even its more formalized and structured with e-commerce platforms. There are Customer satisfaction index (CSI).
However, such practices are not common when it comes to vendor/ suppliers. OEMs, industries (Buyers) can rate their suppliers on various parameters like quality, delivery, response time, contribution in research and development, etc. but examples are very rare where vendors/ suppliers can rate OEM , industries ( Buyer)
Ola, Uber has started with this point where in seller can rate buyer, but other industries are yet to formalize it
