Voice of the customer: my real experience
Developing LeanDesk App, I pushed users empowerment and then made quit difficult to allocate actions to others. Then one user recently came back telling me than it would be really beneficial to get this easier to manage. Yes, Steve Jobs told us that customers don't know what they really need. But I am not Steve Jobs: i still believe that people should define their own actions but what is to be right when not keeping your customers happy ? This might be the beginning of some wisdom: make sure users enjoy the product and trust them to pledge for the real value.
