VNQ Volunteer Awards 2023

Volunteering North Queensland (VNQ) appreciates the thousands of volunteers contributing to our North/ North-West Queensland communities. The? VNQ Awards | Volunteering North Queensland? is a celebration of the individuals and leaders that enrich our Northern Queensland communities through volunteer groups and activities in Townsville, Burdekin, Charters Towers, Hinchinbrook, Palm Island and along the Overlanders Way. There are six categories of nominations. All Northern Queenslanders are encouraged to nominate those who shine bright in the volunteer roles, programs and organisations.?

Help us to highlight volunteers who dedicate themselves to helping others and spread the word about the positive impacts volunteering makes in the lives of individuals, groups, communities and the environment. Nominations are free and anyone can nominate someone.?

Nominations are open until Wednesday, 27 April 2023.?

Finalists will be announced on Wednesday, 3 May 2023.?

Recipients will be announced at the Civic Reception on Thursday, 18 May 2023. Hosted by Mayor Jenny Hill?
