I work in VMAX phone accessories factory for few years.We offer products to many big brands and supermarket.People who buy from us are not willing to change a supplier because of our quality control, stable delivery time and professional after service. But today's topic is on our products.

Screen Protectors:

1).Quality:

There are 4 importants points to distinguise a good tempered glass: raw material, the glue, the tempered time, and the coating.

First piont is the raw material , VMAX tempered glass use 0.33mm Japaneses Asahi Glass as the raw material. Asahi Glass is standard of good quality. It has a high performance at both sensitivity and protection.

The second point is the glue, VMAX tempered glass use Japanese glue.If the glue is good, it’s very easy to stick without any bubble . 

The third point is the tempering time, if a glass being well tempered enough, the glass will be tough and strong. It will be much more anti shock, anti broken. VMAX tempered glass was tempered around 4 hours. But many glass in the market only tempered 1-2hours. It will be not tough enough.

The fourth point is the coating. If the coating is good, the screen will be easy to clean. Here is a simple test: the water drop test. When we drop the water on the screen, it is a round water drop ,and can move very fast.

2).Types

There are 2.5D normal, 2.5D full cover, 3D full cover and 3D curved tempered glass selling on the market. Some customers may ask for 5D,9D,11D,21D......It's just a way of advertisement.3 is the most.

3).Functional

The screen protectors have different funtion. The normal best selling one is high clear version. But we still have matte. anti blue light and privacy.

For example,the anti blue light tempered glass can block more than 90% harmful blue light and purple light come from the phone.Privacy tempered glass can anti peep, anti spy.
