- The Project Manager will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation. Responsible for overseeing and coordinating machinery needed on site, change orders, budgets, and all aspects of the project. Minimum of 4 years’ experience and proficient in Tekla, and Bluebeam. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- The Structural Steel Foreman will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks related to structural steel erection, overseeing a team of welders and erectors. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Previous experience in structural steel fabrication and erection. OSHA 30 certification is required as well as knowledge with AISC standards & practices of Steel Erection.
- The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for projects in the structural steel and miscellaneous metals field. Minimum of 4 years’ experience, strong mathematical and analytical skills. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Must be proficient in estimating software and spreadsheets including Tekla and Bluebeam.
