Dreams. What a fascinating manifestation. Is it just something that occurs during the night randomly, or is it possible that the Mind could be dreaming constantly without the Ego being aware of it? What is real for the Mind might not be determined by the reality of the experience, but by the willpower of the Observer and the Ego that is the CEO of the Universal Observatory of Operations and Management efficiency, which is the Higher Intelligence in the subconscious Mind.
Mind is capable of continuously and simultaneously being both fully asleep or unaware and fully awake, aware and conscious. The potential of the Mind should not be judged by the will of the individual to persist, but patiently guided, supported and motivated on the journey of self discovery towards all that is Good in order to reach the the optimal potential and the capacity to fully express the fundamental purpose, freedom, duty and rights of a Person.
The Minds are dreaming all the Time. Therefore, what seems to be the Truth to the Observer is also the Truth for the Mind. Those that dream of Peace are those that come in Joy. Because there is no such thing as 'peacemakers', Peace does not work unless the Peace-givers do; which implies that in order to provide Peace, the One must achieve Peace. Therefore, the Peace must be reached within.
So what is Peace and how to achieve it? The search for the answer leads to the land which seems to be the true realm of oddity that is guiding through the checkpoints of facts on the journey towards the self-evident Truth. It seems that throughout the history and all the way through the space-time continuum to the present Time, peacemakers that come in the name of Peace, rarely bring the Peace and Joy to the People and instead by the Word of Reason, Logic and Truth, most often tend use the Words, Emotions and other forms of violent expressions; and it also seems that in the most cases there are tendencies to delegate with the weapons of war as the means to achieve Peace.
If all that is good starts with logic, reason and justice; is it logical to expect to achieve the Peace among Nations and Sustainability of Democracy that is implied under the Human Rights? To provide Education, Health, Economy, Energy, etc. by producing weapons? If so, how many People is being cured by a 94 million dollars worth F/A-18 Hornet military airplane?
How much resources is provided by the 350 million dollars worth F-22 Raptor and how many People get their fundamental Human Rights such as water, food, shelter, health and education from a 2.4 billion dollars worth B-2 Spirit? Considering that on average, a tactical aircraft costs more than twice as much as their predecessors, it is reasonable to expect that whatever benefits and expenses it provides will be doubled in the future.
The U.N. and all its agencies and funds spend about 30 billion dollars each year. This is about 4 dollars for each Citizen of the World. Compared to the most government budgets it is less than three percent of the planetary military spending, with a total War Funding of 1.64 trillion dollars that has been allocated through the Overseas Contingency Operations (war) fund, including a 73.3 billion dollars in fiscal year 2015. 817.8 billion dollars has been allocated for the war in Iraq since 2003, including an estimated $1.0 billion in fiscal year 2015.
The study shows that Iraq war costs U.S. more than 2 trillion dollars. The U.S. war in Iraq has cost 1.7 trillion dollars with an additional 490 billion dollars in benefits owed to war veterans, expenses that could grow to more than 6 trillion dollars over the next four decades counting interest.
In 2015, the US will have a declared military and defense budget of $601 billion, which is more than the next 7 highest spending countries combined. The following graphics show how the US will make use of its billions. A report by Neta Crawford, a political science professor at Boston University, estimated the total cost of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as post-2001 assistance to Pakistan—to be roughly 4.4 trillion dollars.
According to the Press report in 2007, which cited Pentagon officials, the average U.S. soldier costs about $17,500 to equip. Furthermore; one soldier throughout the period of one year costs 850,000 dollars and this numbers are rising. Keeping one American service member in Afghanistan costs between 850,000 dollars and 1.4 million dollars a year, depending on who you ask; but, it is clear, that the cost is rising.
Let Us be remembered that the governments do not have its own money. Its receipts come from the individual income taxes, corporate income taxes, estate and gift taxes, social insurance taxes and excise taxes. All the U.S. government spending can be divided into three categories: mandatory spending, discretionary spending and interest on federal debt.
The top five countries with the highest military expenditures according to the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute are U.S China, Russia, Saudi Arabia and France. 2015 witnessed the highest number of global battle deaths for 25 years, persistently high levels of terrorism, and the highest number of refugees and displaced People since the World War II.
Therefore, if the cost of War is 13.7 trillion dollars which is a 13.3% of the World's GDP and is equivalent of 1 876 dollars for every Person on the planet, does the Society have enough resources to achieve Peace and more important; what is the price of Peace?
The global dept is 325 percent of the Worlds total GDP. Approximately 217 trillion dollars. The United States constitutes 23.3 percent of the World economy and 29.1% of the World debt. It’s debt to GDP ratio is 103.4% using IMF figures. Japan makes up 6.18 percent of total economic production and has 19.99 percent of global debt. China, as the world’s second largest economy and largest by other measures, accounts for 13.9 percent of the production. They only have 6.25 percent of the World debt and a debt to GDP ratio of 39.4 percent. Seven of the fifteen countries with the most total debt are European. Together, excluding Russia, the European continent holds over 26 percent of total World debt.
Therefore, the best possible scenario is if every Person in the World decides to volunteer and is willing and able to survive by a mere power of will for a period of 48 months; We will get out of the financial debt crisis by the year 2021. This will completely eradicate scarcity and the entire World will live in Peace that is brought by the Equity among the People. This is the day when We will have the Society that is based on Human Rights and Democracy where every Citizen will stand equal as the member of the global Parliament of the People.
When this Natural state of of being that is nowadays perceived as the Utopian Society is brought back to existence, maybe We could finally manage to get some spare Time on Our hands and help benevolent Creator to help the Master of the World with His Narcissistic Personality Disorder. This should be the easiest part. After all, both Creator and the Master only exist in the Mind. Therefore, both belong to the realm of Qualia.
Usually when We see a Person that is beaten up and at the edge of dying We instantly think and believe that they need help; which is a Natural reaction, because the People caught up in these kind of situations need help and it is Our duty, responsibility, obligation and human right to help. But when the Philosopher sees a dying Person or Nations drenched in blood and pain He thinks: "Oh my Goodness! Whoever is doing this, needs help."
The eternal Peace may only be achieved through global good will. Cooperation on the individual level is essential to be irrelevant of the size or quantity, but the quality that it provides. Together, the People could turn the new page of the Society. Maybe one day, the could will become will. Simple, seeking a step by step optimal efficiency solutions should be the main priority of every individual within the Society.
It's all about being a Good team playing fair. That's the only thing that I love about this non-trivial Game that We could chose to play fair.
