Wave’s first event on Imposter Syndrome

It is estimated that around 70% of the world's population suffers from Imposter Syndrome at some point in their lives, with a prevalence in professional women - which is why we made it the subject for The Vita Group's inaugural Wave (Women At Vita Everywhere) webinar event.

'The Secret Thoughts of Successful People' webinar was attended by 70 Vita personnel and included personal testimony from Vita women and invited guest,?Emma Phillips?a Partner at DLA Piper.

Award-winning coach, trainer, speaker, and published author?Charlotta Hughes?spoke about the psychology of Imposter Syndrome and how we can change our mindset to be more positive about our abilities.

It’s important in events such as this, that people are being their authentic self. Studies have shown that authenticity is a determining factor in why certain teams outperform others and that the sense of respect, acceptance, and trust built as a result, which contributes largely to those higher levels of performance.
