Visualize your data by dashboards?
A dashboard can be used as a measurement tool to visualize the accomplishments of a certain department. To make this process visual it is advisable to make a dashboard that shows how the tools were used and how the usages develops after following the correct training. For the training elements you can measure the development by certain metrics (KPI’s). After each training you can follow-up the trained departments to see how they implement the gained knowledge. This is an important phase in the PPIT (people, process, information and technology) model. ?

To combine all the data, you have to measure, analyze, process and present the data within the dashboard. By bundling all the data obtained within the (marketing) tools and several others data sources you can gain insights into the market performance. Especially how certain markets and departments react to the training courses, new software, new elements, new ways of working and gaining the required knowledge to grow. These are all measured by the KPIs that have been set to review the results. The outcome can be used to determine where extra attention is needed or which markets exceed expectations. To make all this information readable you can visualize the obtained data and create a complete dashboard where several departments can review the value and quality of training, the execution on the job by the markets and the added value that various (marketing) departments have realized with the right training. This will give more insight about the people, the process, information and technology. ?
