Visualize to Materialize!

Till the time, I did not challenge myself to look deep inside me, to take off that extra baggage I was carrying, to peel off those layers I had, I was looking at the outside world for validation of my identity. The day I was invited to have a deep and provocative conversation with myself, I started to reconnect, know a bit more about myself, and started accepting myself a bit more and developed a deep relationship with my strengths as well as my blind spots.?

The voyage of true discovery lies not in finding new landscapes but in having new eyes- Marcel Proust.

Must have come across this quote several times but started internalizing it only when I started looking at myself and the world from a new lens, a new perspective. The journey of self-discovery has just begun, and it will now be a life long affair.?

Sometimes we don’t know if such a path exists or how to begin that journey and we need someone to hold our hand, show us some light, and someone to quietly walk along with us, without taking away our energy and space.?Who can be that person? A coach can be that person.?

A COACH IS LIKE THE SAND that lets you contemplate and visualize what your brain and soul desires. It does not add anything of its own, it does not get attached to you. It helps you find what is already within you.

You bring your tools, and moulds to create and visualize in the space provided by the sand. Like sand, the coach is fully present for you and believes in you, allows you to be free, and brings your best potential. Like sand, a coach only invites you to have a deep and provocative conversation with yourself and does not take any credit for your success, it just goes back to its form and is available for someone else.?
