VISUALIZE LEADER IN SIDE YOU ...
Visualize the Leader inside you now!
?Visualizing is a powerful activity that prepares your mind for great success.
Brain, Mind, mind set… changes ahead.

The most?powerful?computer known is the?brain. The human?brain?possesses about 100 billion neurons with roughly 1 quadrillion — 1 million billion — connections known as synapses wiring these cells together. Now scientists find dendrites may be more than passive wiring; in fact, they may actively process information.
Facts about the human brain
·????????The human brain is the largest brain of all vertebrates relative to body size.
·????????It weighs about 3.3 lbs. ...
·????????The average male has a brain volume of 1,274 cubic centimeters.
·????????The average female brain has a volume of 1,131 cm3.
·????????The brain makes up about 2 percent of a human's body weight.
Fossilization of?brain, or other soft tissue, is possible however, and scientists can infer that the first?brain?structure appeared at least 521 million years ago, with fossil?brain?tissue present in sites of exceptional preservation.

Imagine you have a computer in your head that controls everything you do:
Your brain is the hardware – that’s the physical box.?Your brain has all the power connections, wiring, storage, memory and processing power you need to function as a human being.
If your brain is the hardware, then your mind is the software.?
It’s the operating system that gathers stores and manages information, using the massive processing resources of your brain.
In reality, your brain and your mind are inseparable – they’re part of the same entity and one can’t operate without the other.
The?brain?is an organ but the?mind?isn't. The?brain?is the physical place where the?mind?resides. ... Therefore, while the processor/operator (brain)?controls?the process (mind), the process also changes the way in which the processor works. Yes, they “control” each other. Scientists insist on talking about the brain while the rest of us talk about the mind.
Electricity?in the?Brain. The cells that make up?our?bodies use?electrical?signals to send messages to each other. That's why from the moment we're born (even when we are sleeping)?our brains?are producing a small amount of?electricity.
We?are aware of a tiny fraction of the thinking that goes on in?our?minds, and?we can control?only a tiny part of?our?conscious?thoughts. The vast majority of?our?thinking efforts go on subconsciously.
Neuroscience tells us How to hack our Brains for Success
The way our brains function is critical for every inch of our being. Thanks to recent studies, it has been discovered that rewiring your brain could result to dramatic changes leading to success, as explained by neuroscientist Michael Merzenich.
The brain has been proven to filter what we can remember and the information that we want to absorb, hence, a person should direct his/her focus on what is essential to their specific life goals. Furthermore, it has also been confirmed that humans unconsciously continue to create new neurons by performing mental activities.
You have the power in you to improve your brain’s performance through mental training that will impact your overall performance. Start developing your brain to make it an essential tool to achieve more success through these mental practices.
The mind, after all, is generally regarded as synonymous with our thoughts, feelings, memories, and beliefs, and as the source of our behaviors. It’s not made of material, but we think of it as quite powerful, or even as whom we are.
We?are aware of a tiny fraction of the thinking that goes on in?our?minds, and?we can control?only a tiny part of?our?conscious?thoughts. ?The vast majority of?our?thinking efforts go on subconsciously. When something is in your conscious mind, it’s deliberate and you’re ‘aware’ of it.
The subconscious?mind is a programmable “hard drive”. The “programs” of our lives, which are largely stimulus-response behaviors, are downloaded into our subconscious.?The subconscious does not rely on the outside world for its “knowing,” and so it can’t differentiate between what is real and what is imagined. The subconscious remembers everything, is absolutely literal (which means there’s no subtlety), and processes only in the present tense. It will look for and guide you to whatever you tell it. So you must be absolutely clear and specific in directing your subconscious to help you accomplish your goals.
Set your desired goal.
Listen to your inner guidance to affirm that what you are asking for is what you really want, is positive, and is meant for your highest good.
Create exactly what you want to happen just as you want it to be.
Visualize this often and in as much detail as possible utilizing all of your senses.
All the?successful entrepreneurs, the best employees, and all the successful people are the ones who embrace problems and have made it a habit to work out through them. Instilling this kind of approach to problems is a great way to train your subconscious mind for success.
?
At the end of the day every week, take a piece of paper and write down 5 or 10 things that immediately come to your mind regarding a few problems that you’ve encountered. Now think through these problems and how you would come up with a solution to the problem at hand.
Train your subconscious mind?to actively seek out problems and make it a habit come up with your solutions.
?
When you have a growth mindset you believe that your talent, abilities and intellect can be developed.
?
The?subconscious mind?is very?powerful.
?
The?subconscious mind?can easily override conscious intentions and force you to into certain paths. In the case of motivation for example you might consciously try to push yourself to do something only to find yourself lacking energy and interest.
The subconscious mind is a powerhouse
The thoughts in your subconscious mind shape your reality much more strongly than the ones you generate in your conscious mind. Your subconscious is bigger and more powerful than your conscious mind.
Scientists use the image of an iceberg to illustrate the difference between the conscious and subconscious minds.
The tip of the iceberg that is above water represents the conscious mind. And the rest of the iceberg– the significantly larger portion that is submerged– represents the subconscious mind.
When you look at an iceberg on the horizon, the part you see is only a tiny portion of the whole. And make no mistake:?the submerged part holds more weight.
?
What you focus on, you attract.
The key to visualizing is to always visualize that you already have what you desire. This is a mental trick. Rather than hoping you will achieve it, or building confidence that one day it will happen, live and feel it as if it is happening to you now. On one level you know this is just a mental trick, but the subconscious mind cannot distinguish between what is real and what is imagined. Your subconscious will act upon the images you create within, whether they reflect your current reality or not.
Rewiring the subconscious mind
Practicing essentially means that you repeat the movement or thought you want until it becomes automatic.
You rewire your subconscious mind.

There is a 3-step sequence for subconscious rewiring that is simple and effective.
?
1- See the pattern.?Seeing is always the first step. To see means that you bring to your conscious mind that which was previously subconscious.
2- Refocus your attention.?Once the subconscious thought sees the light of your awareness, you can now literally?rewire it.
“I am abundant”. Look in the mirror and repeat it. “I am abundant”. Feel the truth of that statement in every cell of your body.
The trick is that you feel this truth with your entire being. You can see, smell, taste, and touch abundance.
Every single time you focus your attention on this new seed, this new thought, you are allowing it to sprout.
The awareness of your conscious mind is like the sun shining on a seed.
3- Practice gratitude.?If awareness is like the sun shining on a seed, gratitude is the water that is also essential for it to sprout.
Awareness and gratitude work together.
Be grateful for what you have now. Be grateful for where you are now.
Observe. Consciously refocus. Be grateful.
That’s how you rewire your subconscious mind.
The Scientific Evidence behind Rewiring Your Brain
There have been many studies done on rewiring, actual changing the physical structure your brain.
Bruce Lipton conducted studies at Stanford Medical Center on the brain’s ability to be rewired.
He discovered that your thoughts can go as far as changing your DNA. That’s amazing!!
Subconscious mind programming?is a technique that can help you achieve your dreams. But this takes time and you need to be persistent with your efforts. Each day you might be spending only few minutes but a daily routine is critical.
Few important points are:
Now follow these simple steps to program your subconscious:
Observe. Consciously refocus. Be grateful.
That’s how you rewire your subconscious mind.
Whatever your definition of success is, you can achieve it.?You can achieve anything you put your mind to, once you understand Mind Power.
Napoleon Hill’s “Invisible Counselors” Visualization Technique (Transcript)
Where do?brilliant ideas?come from?
How do the world’s most prolific artists, business people, thinkers and inventors get the inspiration for their ideas, creations and achievements?
Was it their upbringing? Are they just?really lucky? Were they blessed with a gift most of us can only dream of?
Or is there something?else at work?
Back in 1937, personal development pioneer Napoleon Hill published?Think And Grow Rich,?a book that would soon go on to become one of the most influential publications of ALL time.
The book was packed with techniques and instructions on how to develop a?wealth mindset, and?achieve success?beyond your wildest dreams.
How to Tap Into Your Subconscious Mind
Step 1:
Just before going to sleep at night, close your eyes, and see in your?imagination?a group of people seated with you around a Council Table.
Step 2:
Have a?DEFINITIVE PURPOSE?for holding these nightly Council Meetings.
Hill explains his definitive purpose was?“to rebuild my own character so it would represent a composite of the characters of my imaginary counselors.”
Your “Definitive Purpose” can be?ANYTHING?you want to change about yourself or your life. Since all this is going on in your mind, your imagination is the only limit!.
Step 3:
Call on the Council Members for the knowledge you wish each to contribute.
The idea here is to start a discussion with these people on any topic of your choice.
So if you want to discuss?leadership, you could?invite?Abraham Lincoln…
If you want to discuss?financial success, you could bring in?Warren Buffet…
If you’re looking for?enlightenment, you could always?invite?Gandhi…
If you’re looking?for?ideas to grow your business?and make your mark on the world, go ahead and call on?Richard Branson
Now, imagine what you want to happen, unfolding as you want it to be. Set your desired goal.
Create exactly what you want to happen just as you want it to be. Visualize this often and in as much detail as possible utilizing all of your senses.
The incredible power of visualization
The rewiring of your brain is a result of neuroplasticity, which includes two things: Neurogenesis (the growth of new neurons) and synaptogeneis (new connections between between neurons). You can enhance the growth of those two things through meditation, reflective self-inquiry, mindfulness and asking meaningful questions and visualization.
To?visualize, start by closing your eyes and picturing a goal that you have in?mind. At first,?visualize?the big picture, and then gradually get smaller until you can see even the most insignificant details. While you?visualize, make sure to think optimistic, positive thoughts about your ability to reach your goals.
In other words, when you envision your end goal, you — and your brain — can work towards recreating it real life. Human beings are ‘meaning making people’. ?
Successful people use the power of visualization; their motto is?visualized?and?materializes?— from imagination to reality.
Even Albert Einstein says:
“‘Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.”
