Visualization of data in your business
Today, in order to "own the world" it is not enough just to have information, it is necessary to be able to analyze it, which is difficult in the conditions of constant growth of its volumes.
Visualization technologies make it possible to simplify the analysis of information by making it visual.
Visualization is represented by many techniques. These are scribing, business modeling, mindmap, infographics, etc.
All these technologies are already used in various fields, but there is no generalization of their practical application in the business field.
The vast majority of studies covering the problem of visualization were created abroad.
However, not a single work contains the most complete analysis and experience in using visualization technologies in a business environment.
The volume of one scientific article does not allow covering all the above-mentioned techniques at once, therefore we will focus on one of them - the most interesting, in our opinion - infographics.
What exactly is an infographic?
An infographic is a visual representation of information. Despite its popularity in recent years, in fact, infographics are not a new invention. Ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs, inscribed anatomical drawings, star charts, and navigation charts are all early examples of infographics.
However, a business infographic is a phenomenon in recent years. Why do entrepreneurs value this technology? Firstly, to save time.
The value of infographics
Infographics are perfectly assimilated by the viewer, because of the main amount of information (80–90%) a person receives through vision.
It allows you to work with data arrays, which is especially important in the era of big data.

The most important thing about business infographics is that it allows you to build associative series between statistical data.
Any company can use infographic tools, but there are areas where visualization is a must. These include media business, consulting, e-commerce, etc.
What is Infographic used for?
Business, having appreciated the benefits of infographics, successfully uses it, for example, to create annual reports. A report in this form takes 3-5 minutes.
Of course, it does not cover all the activities of the company for the year, but it allows you to get a general idea, which is enough, for example, for investors. It should be understood that behind the short video of the company, which the audience will see, there will be more than a dozen hours of work.
News for customers is convenient to present visually. The audience is very responsive to this way of presenting the information.
Just do not confuse infographics with clip thinking: you need to be able to understand infographics.
Infographics often replace information that is difficult to present when filling a company's website. For example, when they want to identify services, mission, goals, and business success stories.
Conclusion
News for customers is convenient to present visually. The audience is very responsive to this way of presenting the information. Just do not confuse infographics with clip thinking: you need to be able to understand infographics.
What separates simple charts, graphs, and presentations from infographics? The latter evokes an emotional response - of course, this only applies to high-quality infographics. Good infographics have a viral effect, they want to share.
Business infographics are accurate (objective). All data must be carefully checked and compared. They must be relevant.
