The visual artist Mercedes Cachago has started her exhibitions based on the project “Oil extraction in vulnerable nature, Lofoten, NO and Yasuni EC"

Her first exhibition for this project took place at the “Casa de la Cultura Ecuatoriana” in Quito, Ecuador, with 61 paintings. 

The next exhibition is at the “Casa de la Cultura Núcleo de Guayas” in Guayaquil, Ecuador.

It is the goal for Mercedes Cachago to take this exhibition to several art museums/galleries in the world. (We invite potential museums / art galleries to take contact.)

The exhibition in Quito had a lot of visitors and was a success in terms of media attention and number of visitors.
