A Visit to Union Square Park

A Visit to Union Square Park

When I woke up this morning, I felt rather hot, so I jumped out of bed and walked over to my bedroom window to let in some cool fresh air.

After opening the window, I didn't get the rush of cool fresh air I was hoping for because it was muggy and overcast right at that moment. Yikes!

Now desperately needing some cool air, I asked Alexa to turn on the air conditioner, and then I hopped back into my bed to watch the 6 am news.?

After watching the ABC Eyewitness News weather anchor go on and on about how hot it would be today and then mentally mapping out my day, I was ready to get rolling, so I got out of bed and jumped in the shower. Let's go!

Once I got dressed and had my morning coffee, I began making my way over to Union Square Park to pick up some fresh produce from Union Square Greenmarket.?

After a quick train ride over to 14th Street, I soon would be walking down Park Avenue, getting ready to cross the street that leads into the Union Square Greenmarket.

Less than a minute later, I arrived at the Union Square Greenmarket, just a few seconds after it opened, ready to do some shopping!

I must say that I was surprised at the volume of people already here, up and out early, and getting things done. Love it!
