Visit at the REI 2024

Yesterday I visited the REI and Battery Expo in Greater Noida. The event showcased the impressive growth and innovation within the Indian solar industry.

One of the highlights was the display of prefabricated aluminium and steel solar panel mounting structures. These structures offer a significant advantage over traditional site-welded structures in terms of quality, standardization, and ease of installation. The potential for exporting these products to other countries is immense, making India a major player in the global solar market.

I was also delighted to see the increasing number of Indian manufacturers producing Grid Feed and Hybrid Solar Inverters. Companies like Statcon Energies are demonstrating their capabilities in developing advanced inverter technology, challenging the dominance of Chinese imports.

Overall, my visit to the expo left me optimistic about the future of the Indian solar industry. Technological advancements and the growing number of domestic manufacturers are promising signs of a thriving sector.

Our Su-vastika stall was also there, where we demonstrated our Solar Hybrid PCUs along with the Lithium Battery LIFEPO4 range and the Lithium Battery testing equipment, and there was a great response from the visitors.
