My answers are many and complicated, but here’s a simple one: I am interested in everything and I watch people.

All the time.

I watch and I listen.

…but others are taking the ordinary and making it extraordinary.

Then, think about what you can take in your business — the ordinary — and how you put your own twist on it to make it extra.
