A Visit from Lori Prudhomme – President of Magic Seasoning Blends Inc.

Yesterday, we were very fortunate to have a visit from Lori Prudhomme, President of Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Magic Seasoning Blends? and wife of the late Chef Paul Prudhomme. She visited our Toronto office with her team from New Orleans, Louisiana.

We had the opportunity to create several items with their seasonings, presenting lots of delicious food throughout the day to some of our customers such as Jim Romer, owner of Romer’s Burger Bar (pictured speaking with Lori Prudhomme [centre] and Ron Shalit [right]).

Some of the prepared meals included Rotisserie Chickens, Italian-style Meatloaf, Golden Jewel Blend Pilaf, and Jambalaya. Sounds pretty tasty, right? You can see some of the items in the slideshow below:

Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Magic Seasoning Blends? are known for their high quality, and their ability to bring out flavours in an item – rather than masking them. We were thrilled to be able to integrate the seasonings into our food and help our customers visualize the potential uses within their menus.

Today, we continue our meetings with Lori Prudhomme and the Magic Seasoning Blends? team for another fun, food-filled day. We will be sharing some of the recipes with you this week on our Facebook page of the items that we made.
