Sharing the updated video of Joye Newman's interview with Dr Shelly James.

Joye Newman has been working with young children in the greater metropolitan area since 1979. She founded and directed Kids Moving Company, which provided developmentally appropriate creative movement activities for children in the studio as well as in a number of area centers and private schools. In addition to working in the classroom, she trains teachers and maintains a private practice in perceptual-motor therapy.

She is the co-author of"Growing an In-Sync Child" and its sequel, "In-Sync Activity Cards,” which is a recipient of the prestigious Mom's Choice Award. The Mom’s Choice Awards honours excellence in family-friendly media, products, and services.

She also co-authored “Move to Learn: Integrating Movement into the Early Childhood Curriculum,” Winner of Academic’s Choice Smart Book Award! – January 2016 and Winner of Creative Child Magazine’s 2015 Preferred Choice Award!

Joye, along with co-author and friend, Carol Kranowitz is currently developing a ten-part series of instructional webinars that is slated to be distributed internationally
