Vision of Success for Direct Tir

Today, like every year, all the companies around the world and their teams wonder how the next year is going to be. It is time for budget analysis, good decisions, motivation and forecast.

The last 2 years showed us that the world is changing at a speed never imagined before. A simple virus impacted the world on a bigger scale than any other occurrence in history.


So, if any forecast is already difficult to settle, this crisis also came to show that people continue to need products and services, possibly more differentiated ones, but the value of the experience remains the same. Companies and consumers continue to make decisions based on the quality of service and cost-efficiency basis (best experience or return for a given price).?

Therefore, the most successful companies in these last 2 years are the ones that adapted themselves to the new realities, and most importantly - continued to deliver consistent quality of customer service with speed, engagement and effectiveness.

This outcome is only possible because beyond those companies, there were human beings, working as a team and organization and swiftly adapting themselves, to make up for the weaknesses and challenges all organizations were facing. So, there is a lesson we can learn from 2021 - the difference is in the people.

For that reason, I believe that the most valuable decision you should make is on your team, to let them become progressively better and fulfill their potential. If they are better, your company will be better.

We are grateful to our Direct Tir team for making relentless efforts to bring our company to another level: revenue is growing, customer satisfaction is increasing and the inherent capacity of our people is contagiously motivating.

We know 2022 will be different in many aspects and we expect greater outcomes and results, on which the qualities and motivation of our team will make the difference.
