Steve's sinus woes persisted despite a childhood surgery that promised a quick fix. However, his determination and zest for life kept him active, from riding dirt bikes to renovating houses. Yet, sinus infections remained a constant companion, prompting him to seek a comfortable, effective mask solution.

The quest for a suitable mask intensified as Steve started a family, leading to a pivotal moment during a dirt bike ride with his four sons. Seeing their smiles and thumbs up, he realized the need to protect them from inhaling dust and dirt. This ignited the spark for RZ masks.

The journey was not without challenges. Steve delved into research, finding no suitable options on the market. Undeterred, he turned to his innovative spirit, creating prototypes and partnering with a medical mask manufacturer in Asia. The result was the RZ M1 neoprene dust filtration mask, boasting a 99.9% effective filter with active carbon.

Launching the product from his garage marked the beginning of an incredible journey. RZ masks gained recognition in power sports and beyond, with partnerships with Polaris and Can Am leading to applications in over 50 different industries.

Steve's faith and commitment propelled him to transition from a successful real estate career to dedicate himself full-time to RZ Industries. The journey was marked by challenges, but Steve's mantra became "Giving up is not an option."

The RZ legacy expanded with the M3 Mask, a three-strap design born from divine inspiration. International patents protected its uniqueness, earning admiration from top respiratory companies.

Beyond masks, Steve's commitment to making a positive impact extended to addressing air pollution in Mongolia, where RZ masks became a lifeline. The pandemic posed challenges, but Steve's quick response led to the creation of caps, allowing comfortable mask use during restrictions.
