Vision

This was my message i shared with a group of start up entrepreneurs earlier this week.

I have been deeply influenced by this ancient proverb that says it all:

If your- Vision is for a year-plant Wheat

              Vision is for a decade-plant Trees

              Vision is for a lifetime- plant People!

People is the greatest resource a business possesses. That is the one that is most overlooked in the pursuit of profit and short term growth.
