VISION, PURPOSE & GOALS

The last few weeks have been a wonderful step to improve me, invest in self-development, and really look into my own soul at the positives and negatives in my life. I believe nothing is more important in the pursuit of my Vision, Purpose & Goals than to look at myself, my weaknesses, and areas to be improved on a regular basis, not through a lens of other people's opinions, they don't matter to me in the slightest, this is directly through my own eyes, taking a position of brutal honesty about who I am and whom I will become. No Messing About, No Exceptions, and No Excuses.

I have always loved a challenge, I am driven to prove that nothing is impossible, improbable maybe but impossible certainly NOT. I have ripped through challenges in my life on all levels and found other ways to develop myself mentally, physically, and emotionally along the way, including completing the first and only commercial descent of the White Nile in Uganda https://matadornetwork.com/sports/dispatch-from-murchison-falls-guiding-one-of-the-most-intense-rivers-in-the-world/, climbing Kilimanjaro, completing a 200-mile walk last week from Surrey to Wales in 7 Days, and I will be finding more inventive ways to be the best version of myself, getting every last drop of life out of my own soul, while continuing to deliver the strategy for Positive Innovation and Transformation in all areas, personal and professional.

Why bother? I bother because I am committed to not wasting my life, I am committed to living, and living life for me is all about experiences, new challenges, and being proud of who I am and what I do for others through a clear vision, purpose, and goals.

I have always had my Vision, Purpose & Goals although I allowed myself to become comfortable and fearful of putting it all on the line, every day, now, and always. Having made a firm decision some time back, with absolute intent, that nothing will come between me and achieving what I set out to achieve, I am secure in knowing that I will remain relentless and unstoppable.

The last week has been incredible for reaffirming my commitment to myself, being the best version of myself to be able to support everyone around me, and creating the future that is needed now more than ever for everyone wanting a better world and greater opportunities in life!

2.??????Travel the world, seek out adventure and positively impact the lives of 1 billion people

3.??????Life is short, enjoy it, take advice, go my own way, and deliver on my promises

My ultimate challenge is to make these points a unifying reality in a Practical, Measurable, and Accountable way.

• Create a new meritocratic reality for changing society through enabling a virtual global alliance acting for social change, accelerated opportunity creation, and inclusion.
• The alliance must be underpinned by internationally recognised leaders in global businesses, incorporating third sector and government to generate sustainable revenues for social impact programs, UK Plc, and the wider global society.
• In addition, every business in the alliance must recognise measurable commercial value, strengthened brand reputation, provide measurable benefits for purpose-driven employee engagement, reduce existing CSR overhead, and widen the impact of their own social impact programs through cross-organisational collaboration.
• This project must deliver to all future generations regardless of gender, ethnicity, age, religion, sexual orientation, or any unfair bias, providing a sustainable network of opportunity resources and funding globally, acting only in the interests of a meritocratic and fair global society.
• Importantly, everyone must have a load of fun working with nice people that you meet along the way and build something that changes the world with those you most trust and admire.

Step one?– Create a global vehicle initially in the UK acting for social good and opportunity creation for all, Positive Transformation Initiative (PTI). PTI is all about creating opportunity for you, commercial value for your organisation and widening social impact in society. In doing so, together with PTI, we will facilitate far better communication and collaboration with no boundaries across business, the state, and the third sector, while also widening social impact and creating measurable business value.

To be clear, this is not about unsustainable charitable handouts, and you don’t need to increase your CSR budget or find any other sources of funding, everyone can benefit from a simple new approach to?‘Doing Good is Good Business’?simply by changing perspective and thinking differently. PTI brings a new perspective that costs you nothing more financially and will help create opportunities for everyone.

The Positive Transformation Initiative (PTI) is ultimately a network of established TRUSTED networks acting for positive societal change, real relationships with real people, and its purpose is to help everyone find, create, resource, and fund opportunities.?

Step Two?– Create a separate commercial engine that can demonstrate value to organisations, this will create a marketplace and support PTI. This is now set up and in development.?The Positive Transformation Group (PTG)?Creating Brighter Better Futures for a changing global society

Step Three?– Create a sustainable investment fund for all future generations regardless of gender, ethnicity, age, religion, sexual orientation, or any unfair bias, providing a sustainable network of opportunity resources and funding globally, acting only in the interests of a meritocratic global society. I am solely responsible for my situation, everything in it, and everyone around me, with no exceptions, no excuses. I choose how life is going to be for me, how my life will impact others, and what will be happening to develop opportunities for everyone now and in the future.
