Vision & Possibility

Life - it all start in darkness, when child take birth grandmother defined the vision for that. Those visions come together as many droplet of rain falling on earth, many leaders, many futures, many vision and many dreams.

Listen to the falling rain some time, listen to each drop that falls, as the drop falls from sky to earth and from earth to sea - each drop has own vision, mission, each drop has purpose, each drop is a leader and each drop create change.

When environment is right, all the drop collects together and form the rain, listen to the rain, rain comes together and create life. Life is about multiple people coming together with their vision, own mission and creating growth. 

If you look it rain drop, each drop creates more change, a positive change, its give birth to life, you see new plants

I believe Vision is all about possibilities, vision cannot have defined event but it has defined end. When rain falls it does not know where it will go but it knows it is going to give birth to a plant.

One droplet has big power, one man has bigger power and i.e. a Dream
