Vision Will Make Your Day Brighter!

It is refreshing to see many professionals are getting out and talking about their experiences on various social platforms including Linkedin. A dull day, a mundane routine, a boring day is a result of a vision-less mind. A bright day, an exciting day, a powerful day is a result of a burning vision in someone's mind and heart! Both these days will have its failure and success.

I usually struggle seeing things put in a box and defining it as a thing that will remain in the box. An organization has many processes and procedures which is further broken down to multiple levels including a process an individual follows in their own style. A simplistic recruiting process that one follows to recruit can make your day dull or bright. What you think of your job can make your day dull or bright. What you think of your purpose can make your day or bright.

"Be a voice not an echo" Once you learn about the various aspects of recruiting, create a style of your own that is unique and oozes your personal style. Once you have done that, you will find that this profession doesn't have to be "long emails with job descriptions" that looks like a robot has written it OR voicemails that sound like a desperate or nervous individual, a conversation that sounds like it is forced. Suddenly your vision will turn the day around, your ability to handle success and failures will be far better. Your vision will make your day brighter!
