Vision Boards for Goal Achieving
Repeat after me: You don't need yoga, meditation, a vision board, or green juice smoothies to be successful...
BUT, vision boards can help you remember your current strives to actually put in work and achieve them.
Let's cut to the chase...
Here's a simple guide to create your vision board now.
List your goals
- They can be short-term (1 day, 1 week, 1 month or 1 year), mid-term (2 - 3 years) or long-term (5-10 years).
- There are several goal areas: Physical, Professional, Pleasurable, Spiritual, Material, Emotional, Social.
- Define goals in each category and find images that represent them.
Use this Tool
- BeFunky is a collage maker tool for free. Click-Here
- Add all your images to the platform
- Select your prefered layout
- Save the collage as a image on your computer.
Make it tangible
- Print it and put it in three different places: Where you brush your teeth, where you sleep and in your phone.
- Use your vision board to remind you that every minute you spend doing something else than working on your goals, it's pretty much one minute you've lost.
Hope you find this useful.
Let me know in the comments what you think.
