All men and women who accomplish great things in life are visionaries.

To be a visionary means to have a compelling vision for our future, in which we can play an active role in creating something new, improving something that already exists, or pioneering social change in some way.

Visionaries envision what the future might ideally look like, positive in every respect, and then work hard, diligently each day until their vision becomes a tangible reality. Sadly, some people don't look beyond activities and choices that will provide them with a boost of short-lived pleasure. This is why some people are like perpetual Peter Pans, who never grow up or accomplish anything significant in life.

Visionaries are never overwhelmed by the difficulties and barriers that get in their way, as they know that every challenge we face provides an opportunity for us to grow, develop and further improve ourselves. If we are to drive our lives forward, positively and effectively, we must never settle for what we have. Our reach for more significant outcomes must extend beyond what we've currently achieved if we are to continue to advance in any area of life that's important to us.
