Mr. Jostan Pais is a successful digital marketer by profession, public speaker by passion and a musician by heart. He’s such a unique personality where he is achieving all that he wanted in his life at a faster pace. He runs a digital marketing agency in Mangalore having his own team having good number of clients and he has seen many ups and downs while setting and running up his own agency he is well known for his work ethics, leadership qualities and creating value to customers, in the meantime he loves public speaking which has been his passion since he started his MBA he motivates youth minds who are struggling to start an career and giving them the motivation and knowledge that is needed and has helped in changing lives of thousands of students through public speaking by hosting some events, visiting different educational institutions and uploading educational and other videos on YouTube. He loves to spend his spare time playing guitar and posting them on social media and he never misses gym and he’s also called as “The Muscular Marketer”.

He is a great visionary where he always thinks about what can be done differently, how can one bring difference in the society and has a unique approach to life and as everyone has a turning point in their life he says, his transformational journey started with a Digital Marketing Internship by Digital Deepak where he joined as an intern and learned about digital marketing and started his career on digital marketing, he further stresses it’s not only digital marketing which has made him what he is today but most importantly a good mentorship there are thousands of digital marketers but only few of them succeed and it’s because they are successful in creating value for themselves and public which was only possible due to the best mentorship he got, having a mentor who knows better about any field in which we want to start a career is really important nowadays because a good mentor will give lot of guidance and help to push ourselves which will help to achieve our goals faster.
