However, on mobile devices, these breadcrumbs often got truncated, reducing their usefulness. To address this, Google now displays only the domain in mobile search results, providing a cleaner and more streamlined appearance. This change applies globally across all languages and regions for mobile users, while desktop search results continue to show both the domain and breadcrumb trail.?

For website owners and developers, it's important to note that existing breadcrumb markup remains supported for desktop search results. No changes are necessary to your current implementation, and you can continue to use tools like the Rich Results Test to validate your breadcrumb structured data.
