Verses from the Quran and a hadith regarding spending in the way of Allah:
?? Quran, Surah Al-Baqarah (2:261):
"The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed [of grain] which grows seven spikes; in each spike is a hundred grains. And Allah multiplies [His reward] for whom He wills. And Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing."
?? Quran, Surah Al-Baqarah (2:274):
"Those who spend their wealth [in Allah's way] by night and by day, secretly and publicly - they will have their reward with their Lord. And no fear will there be concerning them, nor will they grieve."
?? Hadith, Sahih Muslim, Book 5, Hadith 2353:
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: Sadaqah Jariyah (continuous charity), knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him."
These verses and hadith emphasize the virtue and reward of spending one's wealth in the cause of Allah, whether it is through acts of charity, helping others in need, supporting good causes, or contributing to the welfare of the community. They highlight the blessings and benefits that come with selfless giving and the assurance that those who spend in the way of Allah will be rewarded in this life and the hereafter. May Allah make us among those who are successful.
