Why does no one talk about the ability to spot opportunities and act on them quickly as a virtue?

Frankly one can, for better or worse, be gluttonous or full of jealousy almost all of the time. If they spot their opportunities and act on them quickly they will likely thrive.

This is a simple first post: opportunity spotting and converting as a keystone virtue
