The demand for clinicians in virtual settings is paramount.
The evolution of telehealth and virtual care has been accelerated in recent years and at the top of the organizational structure, executive leaders play a critical role in guiding the digital healthcare company's operations.
In a virtual healthcare clinic, various roles are essential to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services. Here's an overview of key roles, starting with the Chief Medical Officer and working through the clinical operations team, ending with health coaches and nurse practitioners.
When we look at a virtual clinic as part of a greater whole, the Chief Medical Officer runs the show.
