Virtual Workshops on using the Census Bureau for Data Research

Virtual Workshops on using the Census Bureau for Data Research

Want to learn how you can use data to help your company, organization, and/or community? In this webinar, you’ll get to learn how to navigate and access the extensive range of data available on the Census Bureau. You’ll get to answer questions about people in select geographic areas, like number of people by age group, gender, and race, number of people by income and educational levels, healthcare coverage levels, and internet access levels.

The Seattle Public Library is partnering the Washington Technology Industry Association (WTIA) to offer this free workshop which is open to the public with a special focus on people working at small and medium sized businesses and nonprofits. We’ll have interactive breakout groups so you can “hands on” practice retrieving data yourself.
