Virtual tables

Virtual tables in Dataverse provides you the feasibility of connecting your SharePoint list with Dataverse and use it in model driven app. Follow below simple steps to do it.

1. Create list in SharePoint site.
2. Login to Power apps portal, click on "Tables" in left navigation and select "Create a virtual table".
3. Select connection type as "SharePoint", in next page provide site url, select list that you want to integrate.
4. SharePoint list will be added as a table, the updates that you perform in this table will be auto synced and live in SharePoint site.
5. You can also do this while creating a model driven app.

Follow below steps to add virtual tables during app creation.

1. Click on Apps, select new app (start with data)
2. Select external data and choose SharePoint

Note : "SharePoint, SQL Server, Microsoft Excel" connectors can be added as datasets to create virtual tables.
