Virtual Real Estate?

What is it?

Like many of my clients, I’m sure you are asking the same thing.

What does virtual real estate mean and why should I care? 

I think in so many ways, you have wanted this for a long time

The ability for YOU to be serviced wherever you are 

In your own comfort zone (seems like Twilight Zone sometimes)

As you know, unlike many services we have gotten used to being available such as sporting events and birthday get togethers. 

Real estate business and transactions are fully functional and deemed as an essential service (more about that in a later email)

Just like gas stations and grocery stores! We are just as essential.

Because what people need most of all is a place to live to actually be "quarantined"

And adjustments have been made and will continue to refine with all available technologies…(You may not know this, but I worked in the tech industry for over 1.5 decades at a high level. More on that another time.)

As a Realtor, I will be calm and client and service focused. My clients needs and safety come FIRST!
