So, what Virtual Photoshoot is?
In a few words, it's like a magic video call! During this call with your client you chat and direct the shoot and control camera settings, switch between cameras and take pictures directly with a phone's camera in JPEG or even in RAW (iOS and Android phones). The feature to shoot RAW is available as a part of the subscription plan -?here.
Your client doesn't need any special equipment, just to install the Shutter App onto their phone (iOS or Android) and that is basically it. They don't even need a tripod, phone can be set up with simple things they can have around.
What the photographer needs to do?
2. Ask your model to share with you the ID number from the Shutter App they installed onto their phone, it is a 9-digit number on the main screen of the app.
Once you got the ID number from your model you can start the shoot! Press on "Start new session" in the upper left corner, enter client/model's ID number and press start to send a request for a shoot. Subject will receive an invitation in the app on their phone.
3. The shoot will start when model accepts an invitation to the shoot. This is what model will see on their screen, they will need to press on "Begin session":

The quality of video stream doesn't affect the quality of pictures. The quality of the photos will be as high as smartphone's camera supports.?
Security notice.?The access to the cameras, microphone and speakers is provided for the time of the session only. After the Shutter App is closed, the access to cameras, mic and speakers is restricted automatically.
