Virtual National Sales Conference in Covid Times

We at Britannia believe in constantly creating trendsetting initiatives in the industry. Britannia AOP Connect 2020 is another one such initiative.

We are all obvious to the reality that we all have been locked at home from 7-8 months, but work has not stopped, in fact we have done better than ever. I can say that for most of the people I know. Now, AOP Meet is one such #event every year which the entire team looks forward to. One event which means connect, network, party, fun and business at the same time. It means rewarding the deserving team members and make them ready for the year to come.

In the current situation, not knowing how we achieve similar delight without making anyone leave home, we set out to find the answers and this is what we ended up creating.

Entire 6 days #conference, #event, #R&R, #entertainment in the virtual space with a team of 1000 plus people. 12 hours plus in a day and still engaging and entertaining. Team members presenting, leadership addressing, entertainers entertaining, and rewards and recognition, all  done in virtual environment. The event experience for the attendee started with a welcome gift hamper packed beautifully and delivered to each delegate’s home and continued with some nice food and beverage delivered to home at different times of the day. Business presentations, laughter moments with stand up acts, variety of entertainment from DJs to Virtual Karaoke to top MCs entertaining the audience was all we did for 6 days and to top it all winners certificates and trophies delivered home in style and a small thank you gift to all delegates. The entire team nationally is delighted with the experience and do not mind missing on the real action that much now. Our commitment to our team members kept us working tirelessly to make it happen. This entire #event was done on #B4U platform which is our comprehensive platform for the team, distributor partners and retailers.
