SS&J ?provides janitorial and landscaping services for the Hampton Regional Enforcement Office. Led by owner Steven Sayles Sr., SS&J is committed to building long-lasting relationships with all of its customers. That ethos has certainly been met with Virginia ABC as SS&J has been working at the Hampton Regional Enforcement Office for five years and counting.

"They are very professional, always punctual and complete the work as described with a high degree of quality," Special Agent in Charge Kevin Davis said. "They always go above and beyond."

Founded in October 2010, SS&J's goal is to always ensure superior customer service by keeping an open line of communication between employees and customers. SS&J has provided services for about 10 other Commonwealth of Virginia agencies since its inception.

"We are always there for our customers," Sayles said. "We give them peace of mind. They know they can count on me and my staff."

SS&J has consistently received an Excellent rating for Overall Vendor Performance, according to the Contractor Performance Evaluation Surveys conducted each year at the time of contract renewal. The excellent rating was a result of SS&J's timeliness of services received, responsiveness to needs or problems and invoice accuracy and timeliness.

This high rating has led Virginia ABC to continue its relationship with SS&J during its contract renewal process.
