Virat Kohli, a renowned cricketer, has previously shared his love for food. Despite his passion for delicious dishes, Kohli has maintained a strict diet for years to ensure his fitness levels remain at their peak. This dedication has required him to give up some of his favorite indulgent meals.
During a recent practice session at the Arun Jaitley Stadium with the Delhi cricket team in preparation for his return to the Ranji Trophy, officials from the Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) arranged for Kohli's favorite 'chole-puri' to be served. However, Kohli declined the dish, stating that he would not be indulging in it.
After the training session concluded, Kohli did indulge in a familiar favorite - kadhi chawal, enjoyed with his teammates just like old times.
In a conversation with Indian football legend Sunil Chhetri, Kohli shared his ideal day of eating if given the freedom to choose. His menu included a sandwich made from Marie biscuits, chole bhature, rajma chawal, paneer patties, daal makhani, paneer khurchan, garlic naan, gulab jamun with ice cream, and cassata ice cream, among other treats.
