The idea is to ensure that the project will meet its objectives, & not to let it be led by just experience of the individual & get controlled by bias, pure talent & expertise.

This is the brief of what is called Value Improvement Practices (VIP), which are practices used to improve project performance. It is a set of sequential reviews, assessments, workshops to assess & encompass the success of scope definition & goals completeness of the project.

Within Project Management, “value” is determined by the ability to complete projects at or below targets for cost and schedule while maintaining quality and safety goals

Packaging Process for Tendering :- The purpose of this workshop is defining the package SOW for tendering, and based on this brainstorming workshop & experiences from different parties the boundary of packages can be defined with proper battery limit based on market experience, & vendor capabilities.

Planning for Startup:- addresses the startup objective, roles and responsibilities of key persons and organizations, the startup philosophy, startup scope and major systems, startup risk, and any procurement related to startup as well as the timing of startup planning and execution activities.
