VIP Flight Attendant Training and recruitment since 2007- how it developed

In 2007, we were approached by a leading, European business aviation company based in Geneva, our first client, who was looking for tailor-made courses in customer service excellence and soft skills as there was nothing like that on the market. I started to train their fifty private jet cabin crew members and this proved so successful that we were then appointed by a second Swiss company to provide their training courses. Word of our successful courses spread, and very soon we added our first UK based and Austrian clients. In 2010, a private jet operator in Spain contact us regarding sending two flight attendants to Geneva to attend a VIP flight attendant training course, and so our monthly training courses were born. These courses have now been running since 2010 and we have welcomed participants from 75 countries; our participants can be commercial cabin crew wishing to move to working on private jets, or experienced VIP flight attendants (some of whom have worked for the same owner for up to ten years) wanting to learn the latest trends and developments, get fresh ideas and renew their passion for their chosen career.

In 2012 we were approached by a private jet operator asking if I could recruit private jet cabin crew on his behalf as he knew that I had an extensive network of people. This was the start of our very successful private jet cabin crew recruitment service that is still growing today.

When Covid-19 arrived in March 2020, many commercial cabin crew members told us that they would like to come to Switzerland to attend our monthly VIP flight attendant training, but as the borders were closed they were not able to enter Switzerland and asked if I had a solution … so our online VIP flight attendant training journey began to develop. Now in 2023, we are proud to say that we have over 50 private jet operators as clients and that in-house training courses have been conducted in 20 countries, ranging from Finland to Kazakhstan and from Bahrain to Central Africa.
