I know you have seen a few of these articles, right?

So how many of you senior educators out there plan on attacking the DOE if it removes your Title IV funding or if you don't like their new Title IX rules? Is the DOE afraid that you will rally campus security if they show up to shut down your campus?

What happened to the DOJ/FBI being the prosecutor and enforcement arm of the federal government?

I guess it was the last step to creating its own independent government. We all watched the DOE himself deny an internal appeal from his own office made by ACICS after they were the judge and jury in the case. I guess being able to execute its own decisions was inevitable.
