■Vincent Salimon:

" We are solidifying our leadership in the premium market with a historic sales record for BMW, a successful launch of the new MINI range, and a new year with over 20,000 units for BMW Motorrad.

On the BMW side, with 67,148 registrations, we confirm our premium leadership, being the only brand in the top 10 alongside Toyota to experience growth (+13%). With a market penetration of 3.9%, no premium brand has ever reached such a level. This performance has been primarily achieved in the thriving segments of individual and business customers, with BMW ranking as the 4th best-selling brand across all segments among our long-term rental partners.

For MINI, the complete renewal of the range—including the release of 100% electric models (MINI Cooper Electric, MINI Aceman, and MINI Countryman Electric)—along with the launch of a new distribution model focused on enhancing the customer experience, demonstrates our workforce's ability to successfully navigate a major transformation.

In the realm of motorcycles, BMW Motorrad has consolidated its second place in the +500 cm3 market, with 20,620 registrations. The new R 1300 GS has emerged as the best-selling motorcycle over +125 cm3 in France for 2024.

These achievements affirm the effectiveness of our strategy, which aligns with our customers' expectations:

1. Strong brands,

2. Represented by invested and committed teams focused on customer satisfaction,

3. A recent range that offers consumers a wide choice in models and engines.

Our offerings cater to your motorized mobility needs, providing options in thermal, plug-in hybrid (BMW), and electric engines. Our electrification strategy, initiated over 15 years ago with the launch of the BMW i3 in 2013, has expanded to include a diverse range of plug-in hybrid vehicles. Today, we cover almost all segments (90%) with electric offerings. As a result, in 2024, we anticipate that over 50% of our sales in France will come from electrified vehicles (compared to a market average of 25%), with 25% being 100% electric BMW models (versus a market average of 17%).

I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our customers who have placed or renewed their trust in us in 2024. I also want to express my gratitude to our teams—both central and our network partners—for their excellence in work, which has positioned our brands to meet and exceed expectations. Additionally, I appreciate the support from our parent company, which has been essential to our local performance.

As we look ahead to a promising 2025, it is vital that our success in 2024 does not prevent us from asking the right questions and seeking solutions from our leaders."
