Rebecca Carr joined Josh Bersin for a discussion led by Jonathan F. Kestenbaum with AMS on the current talent climate, the role of AI, HR technology systems, and the challenges of skills-based hiring and taxonomies.

After chatting at our booth and posing with our mascot Winston, HR Technology Europe attendees joined a packed session for Rebecca’s presentation, “Critical Investments to Support an Uncertain Future.”
