Vietnam’s Thanh Cong picks WFX ERP to digitally transform business

Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading JSC, a leading publicly listed manufacturer and trader of clothing and textiles in Vietnam, has partnered with World Fashion Exchange (WFX), a world leading provider of cloud-based enterprise software for the fashion industry.??

After a period of research and deliberation, Thanh Cong has chosen WFX ERP as their digital solution to help the company digitally transform its processes, standardise production and business activities, meet the rising demands of domestic and foreign customers, build a competitive advantage, and move towards sustainable development.??

The partnership will provide Thanh Cong the opportunity to upgrade its technology infrastructure through the implementation of WFX's modern end-to-end integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. WFX has more than 20 years of experience providing digital solutions for over 600 leading fashion businesses around the world.?

The entire digitisation journey will cover all their operations from design to production across both their vertically integrated apparel and textile operations. The implementation of WFX ERP at Thanh Cong officially kicked off in October 2022 and will be completed in 2 phases:?

• Phase 1: Deployment of WFX Virtual Showroom, followed by the modules: Sample Development, Sales and Order Management, Material Procurement, Inventory and Quality Management.?
• Phase 2: Implementation of modules like Production Management, Output Transportation, QA (Quality Assurance) system, BI Analysis as well as integration support with Thanh Cong’s existing systems.?

The ERP project will bring Thanh Cong to new heights by allowing them to streamline operations and improve efficiency across all divisions.

The implementation of WFX ERP is expected to bring optimal results for the business by controlling costs, input materials, inventory—improving capacity and efficiency, reducing order production time, standardising designs, and improving product quality. It will also help shorten delivery time and profoundly change the value chain from research and development to production, logistics services to customer service, not just this, the project will also allow Thanh Cong to significantly reduce production, transportation, and distribution costs as well as increase labor productivity and business efficiency over time.?

Thanh Cong and WFX signed ERP contract in the presence of Mr. Jung Sung Kwan (General Director of Thanh Cong Company) and Mr. Jatin Paul (CEO of WFX), along with project members of both parties.?
