??Vietnam Managing Director (Fintech/lending) job opportunity????

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Managing Director to spearhead the?fintech/lending operations in Vietnam. You will be responsible for driving the?fintech/lending businesses?to new heights.

You will transform and scale Vietnam?operations, lead high-performance teams, drive?tech, product and service innovations and ensure profitability while adhering to regulatory standards.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a minimum of 15 years of C-suite experience within the banking, fintech lending, or consumer finance sectors in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
• Demonstrates a deep understanding of the complex Vietnamese financial market and regulatory landscape.
• Has a proven track record of success?building and scale high-growth fintech/lending businesses, with a strong emphasis on P&L management, revenue and profitability.
• Exhibits a strong entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with a results-oriented mindset.
